Nero Recode won't open MPEG2 video file [Archive]

Can't open MPEG2 with two AC3 tracks. Nero Recode just stop working (not crashes - just stop working), so only can close with Task Manager.

Could be some filter conflict. Try opening that MPEG2 with graphedit and temporarely unregister the (probably non-Nero) filters and then try Recode again.
If that doesn't help anything, are you able to upload a clipped stream if I give you an FTP?
