Decrypter and Keep file Structure?

Is there any way to decrypt using DVD Decrypter so that the result has the same file structure as the DVD. Evertime I decrypt in the file mode it puts all the files in a single directory and it does not look just the DVD.

what do you mean that is how a DVD is its all in the one folder (VIDEO_TS)

did you try to put dvd decrypter into file mode, then you will have the same files after decrypting on your HD.. (IE same file structure as on the DVD, but unencrypted)
