Converting Divx3,Xvid to Divx6

Is there a possible way to do it, without reencoding? So I can easily convert it, and add subtitles.

if your goal is to add subtitle using XSUB and put that in a DMF file, you shouldn't need to re-encode to DivX 6. The container is flexible enough to handle it, just make sure you call out the video file in the XML. I don't suspect the splitter will have issue working in combination with "generic mpeg-4 decoding", but you might want to using a tool to change the 4cc code ahead of the time before running fuse.
