I just made a backup of Anchorman : The Legend of Ron Burgandy and though the original DVD is fullscreen, the final backup plays in widescreen mode. I dont mind widescreen except its not really widescreen, it's the letterbox edition squished and stretched sao I actualy LOSE some of the picture on either side.
Just to be clear, there are no black lines on the sides, the picture is just cut at the end of the screen. The black lines appear at top and bottom. Also I did not have the 4:3LB to 16:9 option checked.
