High Bitrate MP4 AVC

I'm looking for really short (under a minute) mp4 clips done in mp4 avc in 4Mbits/s, 10Mbit/s, or even 25Mbit/s.

Anyone have any idea of where I can find any?

Also is there any indication of what the movie houses will be using as an average bitrate for HD-DVD movies?

The highest bitrate mp4 avc videos that I've seen are the HD Trailers that apple has up for download. The 1080p Serenity trailer is about 7mbits/s.
