Everytime I watch movie, I always need to force RGB output on ffdshow, or else there will be a Grey layer which make the white doesn't looks so white. I read some articles, and I suppose YUY2 can fix this greyish problem, but it doesn't. Any YUV output will give some greyish layer on the picture.
But if I use VMR9 as output...no matter what colorspace I use..even YV12, the playback picture is always fine, white is white, black is black.
Is this normal?
