how to import id3 title tracks to each filename (mp3)?

Hi, I've got thousands of MP3 named FILxxx.MP3 but they have correct ID3 tags, because all the info is displayed when I play them on foobar.
I'm looking for a tool or a method to batch renaming all these files taking the track title and number, etc from each tag.
Thank you.

PS: all the files are in the same directory: it would be great if, after renaming, "that" tool could create a new directory for each album, but this is secondary of course

I have used mp3tag (http://www.mp3tag.de/en/) successfully to rename files based on the id tags, and viceversa. It could be also possible to create directories, but I haven't tried that...

You may also try Mp3 Tag Studio @ http://www.magnusbrading.com/mp3ts/
It is not free but is cheap and you can do whatever you want with Idtags and file names
