I'm new here and I need help.
Alright. I really need help here. I downloaded Canopus ProCoder 2 from, well a site and I installed it but it was acting funny. It wasn't opening and all of that. Well, now i got the program. I bought it this time. I go to the control panel and try to uninstall but it says this

Error number: 0x80040703
Description: Failed to find dll function: Install.GetEdiusPluginDir
Setup will now terminate.
I have no clue on how to fix this. I've tried basically everything except going in and manually deleting certain files so the setup package thinks it's uninstalled and lets me enter my registration code again but I don't know what files it looks for. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks a lot.
