wmv video license

A time ago i bought a license for downloading music videos in the wmv format. Now, after a new installation of my system i need to connect to the internet and buy a new license for this videos. I don't want to pay twice for the videos so does anybody know if there is a way to convert the protected videos. I tried to open them in virtualdub but had no success. Thank you very much.

P.S.: I know my english is worth to improve but it is not my motherlanguage.

Contact the company who sold you the license. There may be a "support" e-mail address or a form to fill out, but they should be able to re-send the license information to you.
