Hello,
I am trying to convert an avi to dvd using dvd2svcd, using cce, sonic scenarist, bee sweet etc. It works and I get the dvd image. My question is that if I bring up the vob's or any of the other encoded video files, they're listed at a 23.976 frame rate instead of 29.97. Is there a place to set frame rate?
