I was surprised when after installation of jetaduio player 6.2.1 was over a new codec called JetAudio Xvid has appeared in virtual dub. There is no even one setings to change only bitrate and profiles. Only 1 pass.

Ouch. Do you have a link to the software homepage?
Sounds a little bit like the Sigma-crippled version that they sold...
Thanks,

Look what googling for "JetAudio" dragged in...

That "Plus" version of the software definitely looks fishy, I'd say...

I wouldn't be too quick to label them, they have a very good free version of there software (which also uses some opensource projects like vorbis) Its actually my favorite cd ripping/audio cd software becuase of its easy of use. They make mp3 players aswell, though I've never used them.
[edit] I've been using an outdate version of the software, because I have no real reason to update it so I don't know what the newer versions are like.
[edit2] Looks like they have been bought by Cowon America.
[edit3] They have been trying to add video functionality it would seem, check the realease notes (http://www.cowonamerica.com/download/jetaudio_rn.html) if your curious.
[edit4] Xvid is part of the free version aswell.
