Confussed by HUFFyuv versions

Hello,
I'm a bit confussed :(
The download page of doom9, has two HUFFyuv:
1. Codecs: "Huffyuv 2.1"

Questions:
i) I found at fourms that patch is applied over v211, then, is lacking 211 at download (clearly the link points to a patched dll only)?
ii) What is the recommended version to download (if there is only one)?
iii) What are then Pros & Cons of v2.2.1 & v2.1.1 & v2.1.1+025patch

Note: I've already used to test the version with FFDshow, but doesn't open with VirtualDub, there is a way to do this?. What is the version that is inside FFDshow? 211, 211+025patch, 221, another, better, worst?

The one at doom's download section is 2.1.1 patch 0.2.5 (which is the latest). The one in GKnot is also 2.1.1, but an older patch.

There's also one in ffdshow (should be at least as good as 2.1.1 patch 0.2.5).

One of the important pros of patch 0.2.5 is the correct appending of huffyuv files. There are some other changes, but i forgot what they are.

The only issue i know is that the uninstall doesn't work correctly. It's discussed here:

Sorry for the question (I'm a newbie regarding this) but the "appending of huffyuv files" bug is present also If I make an AVS script that loads every single files (Huffyuv) and return a single "sum" of files (with return x+y+z) ?
