DIVX6: Autogk and Gk

Any reason why encoding with Autogk takes way longer than GK?
just noticed with divx6, same movie and ended up with same resolution. If memory serves well this didnt happen with DIVX521.
about 50mins movie: the difference is above 45 mins, two pass.
Or this is just for me?

I guess GK does not have this turned on, it use the standard H263 not the fully optimised option.

I noticed the same thing time wise ... AGK takes almost twice the time as GK using DivX v6
