Joining a double-sided DVD to a single DVD9

Hi,
I'm trying to join a double-sided DVD(meaning it has Side A and Side B) into a single DVD9 keeping everything(menu/chapters) intact so I can reencode it with CCE and burn on a single disk.

I tried following this guide but I got lost where he said...
...scroll down to the last Navigation Pack. The last VOB-ID in that case is VOB-ID Nr: 2
Okay, so the file VTS_01_1.VOB of side B must start with VOB-ID: 3

Where is this VOB-ID supposed to be???

If someone can tell me the ID# I should be looking at in that pic, or at least circle it in the image, and post an updated image, that would be great.

In left pane of VobEdit, scroll down to your "last" Navigation Pack for disc 1's Title. Hint: It doesn't have a icon assigned to it. Select it and data will show in right pane. Scroll down to byte [041f] for VOB ID and [0422] for CELL ID.

You may want to check your first Nav Pack on your second disc just to make sure it's the next consecutive VOB ID.

really don't know why the guide say to use vobedit to find the id's. it's a little more difficult to see them.
just open your ifo with ifoedit and you will see something like this

PGC_1 (program chain): [Title(TTN): 1] [00:00:03.00 / 30 fps] (Programs: 6) (Cells: 6) (uses VOB-IDs: 1,2,3)
[Ch 01] [Pg 01] [Cell 01] [V/C Id: 1/ 1]
[Ch 02] [Pg 02] [Cell 02] [V/C Id: 1/ 2]
[Ch 03] [Pg 03] [Cell 03] [V/C Id: 2/ 1]
[Ch 04] [Pg 04] [Cell 04] [V/C Id: 2/ 2]
[Ch 05] [Pg 05] [Cell 05] [V/C Id: 3/ 1]
[Ch 06] [Pg 06] [Cell 06] [V/C Id: 3/ 2]

in the case above your last vob id is 3 [V/C(vob/cell) Id: 3/2]
you can also look at (uses VOB-IDs:1,2,3)
so your nr: would be 4.
pgcedit and vobblanker also shows pgc id's.

Heh...No wonder I couldn't find it.

Joining is done, and I'm reencoding right now with Rebuilder/CCE.
Hopefully there won't be any problems.

I've always used the IfoEdit method as espoused by 2COOL, but sweetness, the simplicty in your solution, which has been staring me in the face all this time, is stunning!

I truly hate scrolling in VobEdit. Of course PgcEdit can tell you where the last VOBU starts.
