I'm trying to encode 5.1 AC3 to AAC. Besweet does the 48khz->44.1khz conversion, with foobar it works pretty good. The problem ist now that I have a 2 part AVI with ac3. When I join the parts with vdubmod and then extract the ac3 track foobar will not encode the whole ac3 track, the resulting encode only contains audio from the first part.

Any ideas why this happens?

does besweet encode it completely?
(using parameters and NOT the nero config window wil lremove the conversion to 44.1)

Yes besweet encodes fine, thanks for the hint with the command line arguments, I was not aware of that.
