Software to strip audio from VCD?

I have a (s)vcd that I want to stip the audio from and eventually make into an audio cd, what would be the best way to do this??

I would use TMPENC (MPEG-Tools menu) and demultiplex the MPG file

Tip:
for audio-CD you have to convert the sound file (MP2 or AC3) to a WAV 16bit 44.1KHz
