Help with 15 FPS for palm sized videos

I would like to use AGK to convert mpeg2 files I've recorded in BeyondTV to an AVI file that my Palm Tungsten E can handle. The CPU on the Tungstun is not overwhelming and can only handle about 15 FPS without real nasty pauses. I have not been able to figure out how to get the resulting file down to 15 FPS. Any help would be appreciated.

Even if there was a way to set VirtualDubMod to default to 15fps that would work for me.

what you can try is to use hidden options to produce .fps hidden file and manually edit first line to the value of 15000. That should produce 15fps file, but only for progressive PAL source. Otherwise you'll end up with interlaced/combed material.
