DVD Rebuilder experienced a buffer overflow. Error #0003. Process must abort

I have merged 2 DVD's of friends with DVD-Remake and then tried to compress the whole to fit on a DVD5. I have done this exact thing before without problems 4 times but now I keep getting this error.

"DVD Rebuilder experienced a buffer overflow. Error #0003. Process must abort"

This happens during the rebuild process, encoding all goes fine. I am using CCE Version 2.70.02.00 and tried an older version but that didn't resolve anything.

As far as the program goes I am using the latest versions of all the necesary files.

Have you tried to enable "Special Error Processing" option?

edit: Use it only on extreme situations... don't forget to disable it after use.

Your Working and Output folder seem to be the same...
maybe that's causing problems...

VOBID 0 and CELLID 0 looks a bit odd to me...

wmansir found a similar problem in this thread, jdobbs confirmed it looked dodgy with those values.

I don't understand what ILVU is, or the issues therewith, but I wanted to merge movie-only from the two discs of Pearl Harbor Special Edition into one and had problems with Disc 2. Disc 2 apparently has a French closing credit sequence thus has multiple "angles" to accommodate it, but again only on Disc 2.

What I did to fix the problem was back-up Angle 1 on Disc 2 using DVD Shrink. I merged the two resulting titlesets (from Disc 1 and the "repaired" Disc 2) using VOBedit and IfoEdit. FYI.
