Well, I'm about to format (it takes ages to open a small image file, and don't get me started about video encoding :D) so I was going through some small tools I once wrote. I decided to post them here, you never know anyone can use them. :p
First one is DivxPath, it simply allows you to set the MyMovies path of DivX. I wrote this because I wanted to test out the new DivX Converter but wasn't able to set the output path. Just launch it before you launch Divx Converter (I think it sucks tho :/).

The next is ms2mp4, and it's one I actually use. It just takes the modified ffmpeg to convert div3 to mpeg4 and wraps a gui around it. I prefer drag-and-drop gui's above batchfiles you see. :)

*off to format*
