I am sure this one has been asked, and i tried to search but couldnt find the best way to do this,but what is the best way to reencode the audio to like 224kbit mpeg2 ... or 192kbit ac3
I have the pro version

Sorry... at least at this point, DVD Rebuilder doesn't reencode Audio streams.

I understand that, i am looking for the best way to reencode the audio after i run it in dvd-rb. I just need to know a starting point.

You can always use this excellent guide by Malcom before the Rebuilder run...
It's someway manual, and involving different tools, but it's working very well...

I would caution that reencoding an already compressed audio track will cause compression artifacts to add up. Thus, I wouldn't tamper with a 384k file to save space. Of course, a PCM file is a whole 'nother thing.
