editing the DVD film

Kindly let me know how to edit the dvd film, since i like to delete some of the scence.
Please help me out

Welcome to the Forum:

Here's a thread in which more than one solution was offered for editing DVD files (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=93409&highlight=editing). The Shrink option mentioned by Jel may require the least amount of strain if you're an absolute newbie, but give this thread a look. If it confuses more than helps, post back. Even if you don't feel comfortable with any of the solutions that are offered there, if you download any of those freeware programs and read their documentation, you'll then know more about editing than you do now. :)

additionally, i also believe that vobblanker can trim segments of a video:trim credits (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=591317&highlight=trim+vobblanker#post591317)
and you can also use it to 'blank' video on a vts/pgc/cell basis.
