help me with cropping plz

You might wanna play with autocrop parameters(threshold) in hidden options (see tutorial).

i didnt crop the video right did i?

using the autocrop parameters isnt really helpful as i cant tell what's really happening in the preview window

any link to an explanation or something?

Autocrop is not preformed properly, to correct that - change autocrop threshold as descibed in the tutorial.

you seem to be using GK - I don't understand what problems can you have cropping there...

Yes, GK. Looking through the log I noticed that
Audio was not included in the job, either muxed or transcoded, though an audio size was set for the bitrate calculator
A compressibility check hadn't been run.
Neither of these have anything to do with cropping, but both this and your cropping problem suggest to me that you are trying to use GKnot without a guide.
