Which is best DVD encoder for partial dvd extraction

I have used up untill now a combination of DVD2VCD and or DVDShrink to author dvds. The quality has seemed superior in DVD2VCD however more recently have had problems when splitting, or using newly ripped files esp if there is a required subtitle stream.

I am trying DVD Rebuilder although the free copy does not appear to have a movie only feature or a split to 2 dvd feature.

Any suggestions for the best all in one solution for high quality dvds with subs and ability to split to 2 dvds. I have TMPG, CCE and Campus encoders.

Any suggestions for the best all in one solution for high quality dvds with subs and ability to split to 2 dvds. My suggestion is to use VobBlanker for splitting to 2 DVD-5s.
