subs question

Hi, got two avi's, cd1 and cd2, joined them together to make one avi. Got two subs, srts, for cd1 and cd2. The question is how do i join the two subs together or do I have to is there a setting in dvd2svcd to sort this little problem out..

Install Subtitle Workshop (http://www.urusoft.net/download.php?id=sw&mirror=1), open the application, Tools--> Join Subtitles.
