Hi
Might be a dumb, question but I can't seem to find any use of the preview option in the new Dvdrebuilder.
I can only use the preview option when the encode has started, and it only shows the extras.
What does it do and how does it work??

Rockas' help file (included in the pro download) explains all the options in detail. but I personally use the Segment viewer after the prepare phase to blank out unwanted segments before encoding.

Not that I am an expert in any sense of the word but I have used it already. This cool preview option allows one to see which vts is what and then immediately either blank it out or cut it down to a slideshow to increase the bitrate for the feature film. When you see the list of vts's under the preview window just select one that you don't want, watch to make sure you don't want it, then double click on the title to blank it out. If you prefer a slideshow for that vts then just double click on the same title again. If you double click it again then it will remove any editing and leave it as it was.

Yeah, only 3-click, unless you abort one-click after prepare, but that would be stupid and you'd have to start over.
I actually hope jdobbs will allow one-clickers to pause/resume, instead of just abort. By doing this, the user could manually pause/resume at any time. Also, if an error occurs or child turns off computer, resume is available, just as in 3-click.
With the same code used to pause/resume, there should be an checkbox option in a menu somewhere which will allow 1-click preview. This will automatically pause after the prepare phase to allow previewing, and will continue with the encode.
But of course, this comes after v1.0 is perfect...........
