Can i use Hardware Acceleration for MPEG-2 in MPC?
I have WinDVD installed.

it works for me with powerdvd
go to the options and look for filter overrides (or something like that)
put in the intervideo video decoder and set it to prefer

Can i use Hardware Acceleration for MPEG-2 in MPC?
I have WinDVD installed.Works when you uncheck the build-in Mpeg-2 codec from MPC under Options -> Filters -> Transform Filters -> Mpeg-2 Video.
Now MPC uses another Direct Show Mpeg-2 Codec (that must naturally be installed in your System). Maybe you should also disable DTS/AC3, DVD Video Title Set and Mpeg PS/TS/PVA under "Source Filters" if your Codec can handle those.
MPC is working wonderfully here with the new Nvidia Mpeg-2 Decoder with DXVA Hardware acceleration. If WinDVD or PowerDVD install normal Direct-Show Codecs, they should work with MPC too...
