Okay, please forgive me if I am asking a stupid question. I live in
the US, which is Region 1 for DVD's.
Now, lets say I download a torrent. (don't ask me where) I want to make a copy for a friend in Ireland. How do I burn so he can see it on his DVD player?
Is that NTSC? Region 2? PAL?
I know that in DVD Decrypt, it removes the region, correct? Anyhow, these are the files, not a DVD that needs to be decrypted.
Please help me to understand. Thanks!!
