Hello
I've been using the last version of dvdd and i'm trying to decrypt a movie I just got my kids. "strawberry shortcake: get well adventure".

However, I've tried this disc in 3 drives with no luck. In my a04 the disc simply isn't seen at all, by windows, dvdd, anything...
in my friends lg 4163, the disc is also not seen.
In my friend's old samsung dvd-rom drive, the disc is seen, by both windows and by dvdd...

however, it will not decrypt. it keeps giving this error
failed to get disk capacity
it attempts to start, hangs, then gives the error.
it will also give me a udf error as well sometimes.

Also, this disc, although at least seen in the dvd-rom, will not even play on the pc.

When placed in a standalone player(2 different ones) it plays perfect. Visually it is perfect(brand new afterall)....

On the back cover, there is this little notice, with a pic, that says "this dvd is copy protected" which I don't think i've seen before.

If anyone could help me out, i'd appreciate it, thanks.

Try to set the 'File System To Parse' to 'ISO9660'.

unfortunately that did not work either

however, I was able to finally decrypt this dvd in the following way:

I set the parsing back to auto.

I loaded up decrypter without the disc in, in the file mode
loaded the disc
decrypter saw the files.
clicked the button to decrypt, waited a minute or two for decrypter to stop "hanging" and throw up it's error screen.
ejected the disc with the eject button on the drive
clicked retry
waited for dvdd to tell me there was no disc in and ask if i wanted to retry
pushed the button on the dvd drive to load it back in, and clicked the retry button continuously until it picked up the disc in drive again.
it decrypted the files.

for some reason this disc refused to be decrypted if it had already been accessed for anything(file listing, disc information screen in iso read mode). so had to get it to the decrypting stage, so that once it was inserted, it automatically decrypted, instead of listing it's files.

very odd
but hey at least it worked
gooooooooooo decrypter!
