I hate bugging you guys with my Newbie question, but I've read all the FAQ's and stuff I could find, and I even tried searching, but I can't find anything relevant.
Anyway, a just recently I had to wipe my PC, and before I did, I did a lot of encoding of DVD's and stuff, and I always used Virtual Dub and DVDx, and the encoder I used was listed as 'Microsoft MPEG-4'. I never installed it, I don't think, I don't know how I got it, but I was happy using it. Then I had to format the PC.
Now it's not in my encoder lists, it doesn't show up in G-Spot, and I can't even find any information on it on the web! Can someone tell me how to get it, or at least how I had it in the first place?
