Two Languages on One Audio Channel

Hi,

i've a DVD (Tour of Misia 2002) where's a CNN Report about Misia.
But after all, the japanese voice is too loud that i can't understand the english language.
Unfortunately, this is not split into separate channels.
Is there a method to split the languages or lower the audio of one of the speech??

Pls help me, i can't understand Japanese ^^;;

There's really no way to split two voices if they're not on separate channels - there are some sophisticated programs that can do it, but expect to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars on the software. They are the type of programs law enforcement agencies use to isolate sounds.

Perhaps the DVD has English subtitles.
