If so How, I tried the Reg Patch to no avail.

Normalise and dynamically compress or whatever you like to do with the audio separately and save to pcm wav. Then use avisynth. That should do the trick I guess.

well I'm looking for a solution from within Recode itself, having to use a seperate program or doing a seperate tweak is not something I want to do. I figured since I paid for recode it should be able to at least handle the audio in it's conversions.
