2Fast 2Furious - problems video import to Scenartist

i have some problems with importing video file from this movie to Scenarist.
Scenarist write:

Error ...\VTS01\VTS__01_P01.I-TFF.16~9_1.M2V
Error : Number of fields (38) in GOP(# 1048) or between sequence_header_code should be equal or smaller than 30.

how to fix this problem??
