Power VCR II Execution Error

I keep getting this error when i try to start PowerVCR II . I just reinstalled winxp with SP2 directx 9c. Any assitance to resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I think it would have been helpful to "see what data this error report contains" -- what we know at the moment is you have an error, but not what the error is. In addition, you might want to look in XP's Event Logs, there may be additional debugging information collected in one or more Event Logs at the same time as your error.
