Editing Menu created by DVDRemake Pro

I have question for MenuEdit. The scenario is as below.

I am using DVDRemake Pro (2.6.4) to merge two DVDs to one without loosing original menu. As DVDRemake Pro merge standard functionality, it has created one separate menu. This will have option which movie wants to see first.

Now I want to change the text on the newly created menu by DVDRemake Pro and have add some pictures, how can I do that. On DVDRemake Pro site there is guide is given, but problem is there is no guide given how to create VOB or how to Edit VOB. Can any one suggest.

Also one VOB is modified how to incorporate it to DVD.

I've been often done following procedure to exchange for another still menu.
(1)demux VIDEO_TS.VOB by cell (VobEdit,PgcDemux), and confirm the target cell.
(2)create new VOB file from prepared BMP (DVDStyler).
(3)demux m2v file from VOB(2). (VobEdit,PgcDemux)
(4)remux m2V(3) to the target cell(1). (VobEdit,PgcDemux)
(5)merge all demuxed cells(1), then using new cell(4) instead of the taget cell(1). (VobMerge,others)
(6)replace original VIDEO_TS.VOB to new one(5), and do MenuExtras by IfoEdit.
(7)replace VIDEO_TS.VOB of destination to new one(6), and do GetVTS by IfoEdit.

Later I found to be able to use DVDShrink in above procedure(2).
It use the function 'Still Image', and necessary to be careful for adjustment of Vob/Cell-ID (VIDChanger)
I think this method can get better quality than first method.

And recently I found the guide (http://dvdguides.netgeekhosting.com/guides/edit_menu/) using muxmun for the same purpose.

I was able to add text in the menu. Also I have rebuiled entier menu as per my requirement. Now only problem is, when I put cursor on particular button it is not highlighting. Could any one please tell me how to do that.

While I am importing DVD in DVDReMake Pro(2.6.4) I am able to see the button highlighting, but when I am exporting the same on HD it is not highlighting...could any one please guide me.
