Looking for the manual of a VIDEOBLASTER from CREATIVE [Archive]

Hello,

Does anyone get the manual of an old Videoblaster from creative.
This product had an ISA bus and was sold in 1992.
In fact I need the connecting diagram of the DB15 VIDEO IN connector.

This card was used in an art computer in an exhibition, and the video IN cable has been stole.
