don't know if anyone has already considered this but you can get some very cheap shared hosting deals, for $3 a month or so its worth looking into

I'd like to mention http://drop.io

You can create free "drops" of data, which are basically virtual folders with 100 MB of free space, then you can add files into that space and give the folder link to people.

It uses Amazon S3 storage so it should be pretty fast to most people.

I saw once in this forum someone who uploaded his pics to a image hosting web where you could do mouseover to check the frames differences. Does someone remember that?

I checked upload.com and it is good for uploading images and clips, but does it work with the flash and animated images too?
