Hi

first of all (having just recently posted in this great forum)

Cant be mentioned too often: Thanks a zillion len0x for this great tool :D salvation for such complex challenge of making great divx's.

Now my question: since dvddecrypter is terminated and autogk requires ifo mode ripped files saved to HD, will autogk structure respond accordingly hereto ?
Ie will autogk be altered, so that it no longer relies on dvddecrypter? If not - how can the required files be genered to HD in a elegant operation?

Further, a maybe needless question, but i havent found any answer elsewhere (only saw dae.dll isnt contained anymore in the versions mentioned here):

are autogk 1.96 and 2.09 and above completely free from spyware/adware?

Thanks and regards Jorn :)

I can't speak for len0x, but DVDD is not dead. It still works great!. Yea, some latest new movies have some different forms of Sony Arcoss protection, but you can use AnyDVD, DVDFabFree (Decrypter) to still get rips.

You may need to adjust a few DVDD settings, but it does work.

Hi Monte

thanks,
but still, a so magnificient tool as autogk shouldnt rely on another software that is not developed anymore - wrong concept to do that i guess. If the user has to go deeper into tweaks and joining more programmes (as eg anydvd you mention) the whole idea of autogk - doing it simple - is jeopardised i think.
