How to convert fps for DirectShowSource

I have a RMVB movie which is 26 fps and I want to convert it to 25fps, what script should be used ? I used Avisynth2.55 and tried:
DirectShowSource("mymovie.rmvb")
Convertfps(25)
But the audio is out of sync, any suggestion ? Thanks a lot.

It should keep the audio in sync.

Thanks for the quick replies. I tried both solution, Wilbert's is a good one, it has very slight dismatch (not notable) between video and audio and acceptble. Neuron2's solution "FDecimate(25)" doesn't work with my Avisynth version 2.55 (no such function), but I would like to try and compare, which version of avisynth should I download ? Thanks Wilbert. It is still out of sync. The script is:

oadPlugin ("F:\adhoc_software\Vdub_Avisynth\fdecimate101\FDecimate.dll")
DirectShowSource("01.rmvb")
ConvertToYUY2()
FDecimate(25)

Then, I used VirtualDubMod to playback. Is anything wrong ?

Yes, that's because rmvb is variable frame rate video. That's why i told you to load it with convertfps=true.
