hello, i'm trying to make a dvd-video to see my anime on the tv. i want to use Adobe encoreDVD 1.5 as i can use it very good (and it has the features of editing that i love). in order to use .avi files with this program, i need to convert them into mpeg2, so i tried to make 1 episode: it came out about 300MB but when inserting it into encore it gets about 1GB...i have 37 episodes that i'd like to put in 2 MAX 3 DVDs... i've been reading FAQs, guides and so on for 5 hours and i understood nothing :(
who can help me please? :o

Most I've ever fit (and still have decent quality) was 30 episodes for 3 dvd's (Naruto). I'm pretty sure using an MPEG conversion program like TMPGEnc can fit you more than that if you set the output to less than 1000 Kbps per episode.
