error with ripping , picture added

im tring to rip constantine and when it gets to vob 4 it stop because some error and wont allow me to continue .
its also happen to me with the last movie i riped (Cuckoos nest) but there with a lot of retry i manage to finish the ripping.

what the hell wrong with this movie or is't something to do with the fact that there isnt anymore dvddecryptor (the rip app i working with- although i dont know what the connection because decryptor isnt working online.
or even worst , is it has anything to do with my dvdr burner ?

What is the error? If you are using DVDD, can you post the log? What region is the disc?

Looks like it is having trouble reading that sector - check the disc. Look for ANY scratches or dirt. Buff them out if you see any (try buffing it anyway). Try it in another dvd-rom or burner if you can (some can be less picky then others).

Also, there is newer firmware available for your drive.

i'm having the same problem with "Hitch" dvd decrypter stops at vob 4 must be the new encryption thats on the disc's. Anybody got a solution yet?

I had no problems with Hitch (R1-WS) & DVDD 3.5.4.0. It had Arccos protection on it but DVDD handled it just fine. There are some issues with AnyDVD & Hitch however. See the thread at cdfreaks if you are using AnyDVD.
