Plugin for Firefox

I have encoded a video clip to put on my site at http://mrtvideo.com and although low res works perfect in I. Explorer for me at least. I used Xdiv to reduce file size 400kb download to 80 kb. I am very impressed with the quality at this size.
I am trying to see if there is a plugin for Firefox so it can be viewed in that browser.

My hobby is video editing mainly, home movies. My web site is to help share my use of Avisynth and Virtualdubmod. Adds are to help support hosting costs.

This is my first post in this forum so I would like to congratulate you all in supporting such a fine encoder/decoder system.

AFAIK, QuickTime Browser Plug-in can be configured to handle AVIs in the browser.
If the video isn't encoded with the MPEG-4 ASP profile in use, it should work like a charm.
That means no Quarter Pixel, GMC and b-frames.

I can never get the quicktime plugin to work with firefox though
