Is there a Windows command-line DVD shrinker out there? Preferably one that will accept a VIDEO_TS folder or at least a muxed MPEG2.
I'm familiar with requant.exe and also ReJig.exe, but I was hoping for a neat little package that did this on a muxed stream as opposed to having to get my audio out before running the program.
