I have been hearing about a high compression tool apparently considered very valuable to the file share types called ratDVD developed in Europe. Does this beast have any use for DVD copying? Can these files be burned and played back?

They can be reconverted to DVD (including menu n stuff)... pretty nice tool... could use some optimisation on the performance part :)
