Seems to be authentic.
There is no changelog though.

Edit: The "Hitch" region 1 release, is ARccOS protected, but v.3.5.4.0 can decrypt it perfectly fine....

No, he's saying someone used a hex editor and changed the version number. But looking at the size difference, who knows what kind of virus or trojan its full of.

Nope, dvd decrypter is packed with UPX. After unpacking it has 3.017.728 Bytes
