i installed the latest nve, when i want to load .vob source, nero recode crashed and gave me the ntdll.dll error message

how to solve this problem?

probably a faulty hardware. check it.

should not be hardware problem, since i can solve it if i install windvd6, but i dont want to, i want to know if nero need windvd6 to cooperate :thanks:

Nero has it's own DVD plugin and it requires a serial number...

can not use it's onw dvd plugin in the evaluate version? the evaluate version should be full functional right?

the other thing, if you DO have a regged version, is the DVD encrypted? i THOUGHT DVD43 was decrypting it but it turns out it wasn't. AnyDVD fixed that and it's now working all the time...

i use dvddecrypter to get the vob, shouldnt got problem with encryption

You might have some other filters getting in the way.

I had a problem with Recode2 when I had an early version of DivX's proposed DivXMedia.ax filter installed (but with high-def .ts streams, not .VOB). And from what I remember, others have reported problems with some of FFdshow's filters!

i installed k-lite and ffdshow, but iv tried after i uninstall both, it just gave me the same error

the only working solution is to install windvd6, any hint from here?

maybe runnig a regcleaner helps,...
(codecpacks, like k-lite, tends to screw the system)
