AutoGK build development

I'm curious if something has changed compression wise between the builds. When using an older build I would put auto GK at 100% and the movie size would usually come out to 1.5GB or so however now when at 100% it seems to be coming out to usually the same size of the movie. Any ideas?

Which builds are you comparing? Also material is the same? What about the codec used? Is that the same?
