Hello :)

One can easily create format AC3. But the opposite interests me.
I would like that it functions under windows XP and without passing by a script or line of order.
Preferably a GUI.

Thank you for advance.

hello Kurtnoise,

- To make an AC3, you need 6 files audios: LF/C/RF/SUB/LS/RS.

- I have a dvd including an AC3 file.
I want to recover these 6 files.

How I am going to proceed to recover them one by one.

Thank you in advance

An ac3 stream with 6 channels transformed to 6 mono AC3 streams.

Ok...so with BeLight. :D Load your ac3 file and go to WAV tab and select 16 bits 6 mono wav.

Sorry it 's me again I

Look...

1- I have make a test WAV/AC3 5.1 with the Amnon82 method (adobe audition/Besweet/Xm2ac3). It functions perfectly.
2- I have make a test WAV/AC3 5.1 with Belight. it functions too.

1- 10.2 mo (AC3 / true 5.1: VLC + decoder)
2- 10.2 mo (AC3 5.1 or 2.0 ???) negative decoding why?

Another report:

I used belight 0.22 beta 1 with the AC3 file of 1- (Amonon82).
Your software perfectly functions.
The 6 files were created.
The only question, why Belight shows this: " TRASCODING ABORTED ".

Thank you to clarify.
To soon Kurtnoise ;)

NOTE: I appreciate a lot your work in spite of our divergences. :)

You have transcoded your ac3 into 6 wav files, so....no loss.

with BeLight, you need to create a .mux file (which has the different path of the 6 wav files) or I don't understand which kind of method you used. For the moment, only the 0.21 works with .mux file as input. So, try with the 0.21...

yes...it's fixed.

You are right, the steady version (belight 0.21) functions perfectly. the beta version functions but the writing is present.....

Thank you very much.

Hello, :)

AC3 to 6 WAV mono different from WAV stereo to 6 WAV mono?
Why?

1 - Belight 0.21 + Besweet: AC3 to 6 WAV mono
2 - Adobe Audition : WAV stereo to 6 WAV mono

1 - lack of matter and definition
2 - preserves the quality and more audiphile.

Would the specialization of Adobe be the only motive of this constation?
How to improve the quality with Belight?

Does Belight deliver Really 5.1 AC3??????
because I didn't understand why my sound card 5.1(decoding AC3)+ VLC (player AC3 decoder) doesn't detect it?

I tried everything even with other players decoders NEGATIVE.

That your the answers are clear and explicit, without frioritures.

Thank you very much

Please, don't blame BeLight here. It's just a Graphical Interface. The problem concerns BeSweet. (if there is really a problem)

Kurtnoise,

Avoid saying or thinking what I don't have you say.
I DON'T BLAME YOUR INTERFACE.
I note some facts and I describe it. If the forum doesn't serve to that, I would avoid to mail some commentaries.

I clearly understood that Besweet is the software and Belight the interface.
But your interface cannot ignore the methods of treatment of the software since your configuration is based on a convivial, and clear GUI.

I understand your speech and sometimes, I wonder if I don't go too far also me.

Something else:

"First, prove it..."

I use advanced settings with Adobe audition when I make the transcribing in addition to the data of Amnon82 and surroundboy, that I don't find at Besweet.

The ear is the first analyst and the only master of listening. I think that you know it.
