Ok, I have seen lots of dvd software but I can't get to understand exactly wich one is for what...

For instance, Ulead DVD Moviefactory 4 and Ulead DVD Workshop 2. I've tried to read in the website both products descriptions and key features and I know that they don't do exactly the same thing but I can't get the big difference and tell that product A is for that and B is for this. Can anyone explain me the difference?

Then, between those 2, where does Adobe DVD Encore fits? I mean, is it more related to ulead workshop or to ulead moviefactory?

What about DVDLab Pro? I heard nice things about this software and it's not expensive as both ulead and adobe products but I do the same question here, is it related to ulead workshop or moviefactory?

I don't know why but I'm confusing all these software packages and I would like to understand wich one is for what.

TIA.

i can reply only for dvdlab pro

a good program. Fancy, friendly, well documented.

Basically it's only a dvd author program, so you can build neat menues, and automatically build the transition between menu and film, and obviously muxing mpeg2. You can also create a ISO or burn with built-in burning application

you can feed it with quite sort of mpeg2 stream (vob/mpeg2/ts...)
Its has a build is transcode (as rejig) , and src for audio (but you can use within dvdlab other application like besweet).

and many more fuction. I can recommed it, but best is going to the forum and read the guides
