Forced Subtitles in Recode?

I was wondering if anybody has Recoded Star Wars IV A New Hope using Nero's Recode?

I am trying to get the "Forced?" subtitles to work. I am using all the default settings of the Standard AVC profile at 550kbps and 5.1 Audio and English - Normal Captions.

But when I play the video I can either turn Subs on or off. I just want the subs of Jabba and other alien's to show. Is it just this movie or is there a way to "Burn" Forced Subtitles into the video itself using Recode?

I guess after 8 1/2 months with no reply it is safe to assume that this thread needs a bump...
And I still am not having a good time with some movies and Forced Subtitles

weird, i have encoded that movie in recode, and in subs list, the forced subs appear as forced subs!

rip dvd to hd in ifo mode, read the text file, rip forced subs stream in srt format(using subrip), use latest recode to add srt file to nerodigital movie!
