Hi folks,
I'm using XviD 1.1.0b2 (Koepi's build) on WinXP Sp2.
When I use the "configure decoder" utility I can make changes to the settings but the "Apply" button is disabled (grayed out). I've tried mutliple builds of XvidD as well as a clean re-install and the problem persists.
Now I'm not sure this is a real issue because there's still the "OK"button which I presume works. But it bugs me.
A bigger problem is that I want to use XviD to decode all my mpeg4 content, including DivX. I have DivX player installed and would like to keep it because it supports Hardware acceleration on my graphics card. But when I use Media Player Classic or WMP, I would prefer to use the XviD decoder - I think the colors look better.
I enabled the setting to decode divx, DX50 and mp4 on the XviD decoder but it doesn't seem to work - DivX videos still play with DivX on WMP/MPC.
Does anyone have any ideas on these two problems?
Many thanks.
